Subscription Terms

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring purchases of EverAble products.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you select a subscription, you authorize EverAble and its payment provider (Stripe) to automatically charge the payment method associated with your order at the frequency selected at checkout.

2. Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal. The applicable price, frequency, and next billing date will be displayed during checkout and/or in your customer account.

Current subscription price: $44.99 (vs. $49.99 one-time / $49.99 MSRP).

3. Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing ($44.99 vs. $49.99). We may change subscription prices in the future. Where required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Cancellation must occur before the next renewal is processed to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation is self-service through your account or subscription portal when available.

5. Pause or Skip

If pause or skip options are enabled for your subscription, they will appear in your customer account. Availability may vary.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider (Stripe) may retry the payment method or suspend the subscription.

7. Refunds

Subscription refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

8. Changes

We may modify or discontinue subscription programs at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligations associated with existing orders.
