Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your EverAble purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@geteverable.com. Refund eligibility depends on whether the product has been opened — see Final Sale below.

Supplements

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we generally do not require customers to return opened dietary supplement products. Do not mail opened supplement products back to us unless specifically instructed.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, please provide: your order number; the email address used for the purchase; a brief description of the issue.

Approved refunds cover the full price of the product. Original shipping charges and any other fees are non-refundable.

We may limit refunds to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled under this section, not the Final Sale rule below.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, for the product price only (see Refund Eligibility). Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Subscription Orders

Refunds involving subscription orders are subject to both this policy and our Subscription Terms. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Final Sale

Once a product has been opened, it is not eligible for a refund. Unopened, unused products may be returned within the 30-day window for a full refund of the product price (shipping and other fees excluded, per Refund Eligibility above). This applies to all EverAble offers, including the first-order $39.99 offer and the 2-pack.
