This Privacy Policy explains how Electronic Gen LLC, doing business as EverAble ("EverAble," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://geteverable.com, purchase our products, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: email address and other contact information you submit (including when you join our waitlist or contact support); name; billing and shipping information; account information; order and purchase history; subscription information; customer service communications; reviews and other content you voluntarily submit; marketing preferences; device, browser, IP address, and website usage information; cookies and similar technologies; information necessary to process payments and prevent fraud.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless necessary for a specific purpose and permitted by applicable law.

2A. Waitlist and Email Signups

If you join the EverAble waitlist or otherwise submit your email on our website, we collect the email address you provide (and technical information such as time of submission and approximate IP address for security and abuse prevention).

We use that information to: confirm you are on the list; notify you when EverAble is available to purchase or when we share launch updates; and operate and improve the waitlist experience.

We process waitlist emails using our email delivery provider (Resend). Messages related to your signup may be sent to our team inbox so we can manage the list. We do not sell your waitlist email.

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist by contacting contact@geteverable.com.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies to operate the website, understand website usage, personalize experiences, measure advertising performance, and improve our services.

Current / planned tools: Resend (transactional and waitlist notification email delivery); Medusa (commerce/order/subscription data, when checkout is enabled); Stripe (payment processing, when checkout is enabled); email marketing tools we may enable later (for example Klaviyo); Meta Pixel and Google Analytics or similar analytics/advertising tools when enabled. Waitlist signups are used to email you about EverAble availability and related updates; signup notifications are also delivered to our team so we can follow up.

4. Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), ecommerce/subscription infrastructure (Medusa), order fulfillment (Supliful, via a Shopify integration bridge), shipping, customer support, analytics, advertising, email marketing, fraud prevention, and information technology.

These providers may access personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.

5. Advertising and Analytics

When analytics or advertising tools are enabled on our website, we may use services such as Google Analytics to understand website activity and the Meta Pixel to measure and deliver advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
